I really liked the pace of it. It never felt like it was dragging, and my kids stayed happy and engaged the whole time, which is always a win for me.

I had a few questions before our visit and they got back to me quickly, which was really appreciated. The information they sent was clear, helpful, and made me feel more excited and prepared. I just wish the booking email had included a little more detail upfront, but overall it’s been a positive experience so far. Looking forward to going!

I thought the character interactions were really sweet, especially between Paddington and Mrs. Brown. The kids were smiling pretty much the whole time, which was so nice to see. It just felt super warm, fun, and easy to enjoy. I’d definitely go watch it again.

I took my two kids along and they both had a really lovely time. It was easy for them to follow, didn’t drag on too long, and there was enough in it for the adults to enjoy as well. The staff were friendly and the whole place felt very welcoming for families. If you’ve got younger children and you’re looking for something relaxed to do, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. We’d happily go again.

I really enjoyed how the kids were brought into the story instead of just sitting there watching. They got little roles and jobs to do, which made it feel much more interactive and exciting. There were a few moments of waiting between parts, but the audience participation kept everyone engaged and made the whole experience feel fun and memorable.

We had a lovely time. Cute little photo spots everywhere. Paddington bits all around. The kids kept stopping to pose, again and again. Really sweet, and we got some great pictures out of it

The email did have the main details we needed to arrive, and we found the place in the end. It mentioned coming a bit early, which was actually useful because there was a small queue outside when we got there.

The only thing is the directions could’ve been clearer, especially around where the entrance actually was. We ended up walking past it once and had to ask someone, so it felt like a little more care could’ve gone into explaining that part. Not a huge issue, but with kids in tow it was more stressful than it needed to be.

We had booked the Paddington Bear Experience but ended up needing to move the date because of some family stuff. I thought it might turn into a bit of a headache, but it was actually straightforward. Support got back to us quickly and were basically like, “No problem, we can help you switch the date,” which was reassuring. The refund details were explained clearly enough too, not totally perfect, but fair and easy to understand. It did take one extra email to get everything fully sorted, but overall I was happy with how they handled it...

The staff were great about making things easy for me in my wheelchair. Smooth. I really appreciated how simple they made access feel.

I went to the Paddington Bear Experience last weekend and, one of the things that really stood out was how clean it all was. It was busy when we were there, so I half expected the usual messy toilets or scuffed-up areas, but everything felt really well looked after. The toilets were tidy, the floors looked clean, and the sets didn’t feel tired or grubby at all. You could definitely tell the staff were keeping on top of things throughout the day. It just made the whole visit feel nicer and more comfortable.

Popped into the Paddington Bear gift shop after the experience it was really cute!! They had a nice mix of stuff... mugs, toys, little souvenirs, all the usual Paddington bits. Some of the prices were a bit steep, but I mean... it's London, so not exactly a shock!!! The staff were really friendly too, and one of them helped me find the right size, which was nice. The only downside was that it got crowded, so it was a bit hard to properly look around without bumping into people!! Still, I left with a lovely Paddington bear and I'm really happy with it!!

We came in by train to Waterloo, and this place was an easy walk from there, which I always appreciate. I tend to notice when a location makes the whole day smoother, and this definitely did, simple to get to, and there were plenty of food options nearby afterward. The area was a bit busy, but that feels standard for London

I went with my niece and we both really enjoyed it. The rooms were done so well, it felt like stepping right into Paddington’s world, and there were so many little details to notice along the way. I’ve only knocked off a star because a few bits felt a bit rushed and crowded, but overall it was a really lovely visit. The set design was definitely the best part for me...

I only went once, but it gave me the impression this is the kind of place that just gets the simple stuff right. The snacks and drinks were really nice, with a good mix for both kids and adults, and the hot drinks were better than I expected. Nothing felt overly complicated or fussy, which I appreciated. The marmalade sandwich theme was a cute touch too. Based on my visit, I’d definitely be happy to go back.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if it was going to be worth it, but the kids ended up really enjoying it. I kept wondering if we could’ve spent the money on something else, but seeing how happy they were made me feel like it was a good choice.

I booked my tickets online and it did go through in the end, but the site felt really slow at times. I also found myself double-checking the details because it wasn’t the smoothest process. The confirmation email came through fine, so that was good. Overall, not a terrible experience, just really feels like it could be easier for what you’re paying.

It is probably best suited to families with younger children, but for us it was a lovely experience and I’d happily give it 5 stars.

Had a good time once we actually got inside tbh, but the queues were a bit all over the place and moved slow. The staff were nice and did try to help, but clearer signs and better timing would’ve made the whole thing way less confusing lol.
